James Gunn Tweet-Pitches ‘Gilligan’s Island: Cannibal Edition’
Have you seen the recent Twitter trend that has been going around? You type “Pitch a movie with two pictures, no caption” and then attach a pair of images to the Tweet. Send, boom, Marvel Blog Headline! Or at least, that’s how it goes when you’re one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s biggest directors, James Gunn, and you Tweet-pitch Gilligan’s Island, but with cannibals!

Gunn’s Gilligan’s Island: Cannibal Edition was just part of this week’s trending topic. If you haven’t seen this meme around Twitter, maybe you’ve been avoiding the “Comics” sections of the social media platform. It turns out that typing “Pitch a movie with two pictures, no caption” is a real easy way to fancast your comic book movies, Marvel Blog True Believers!
Marvel Comics creator Jeremy Holt, pitched a movie of Made in Korea. Check it out:

And just a couple Tweets up from Gunn’s arresting sitcom-star snacking supposition is none other than M.O.D.O.K. himself pitching a heck of a buddy cop movie! More like M.O.D.O.P.R.A.M.I. (Mental Organism Designed Only for Pitching Really Awesome Movies Ideas).

This one seems like it might get a bit chaotic, but hey, think of the crossover possibility:

And I’m not super sure what’s going on in this one, Marvel Blog True Believers, but as a Gwenpool devotee, I would be forced to buy a ticket nevertheless:
