Destin Daniel Cretton Gives an Update on the First ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ Trailer
Before the Avengers reassemble for Doomsday, Tom Holland’s Peter Parker will suit up again for Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
The fourth installment in the MCU Spider-Man series, Brand New Day will not only see Peter venture out into the world after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, which led to everybody forgetting who he was, but it will also see the web-slinger team up with Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk and Jon Bernthal’s Punisher.

“Peter Parker tries to focus on college and leave Spider-Man behind. But when a new threat endangers his friends, he must break his promise and suit up again, teaming with an unexpected ally to protect those he loves,” the synopsis reads.
Where Is the First Trailer?
With just five months to go until Spider-Man: Brand New Day hits theaters, Marvel has yet to release the first trailer for the upcoming film.

This has understandably left fans on edge.
While there was hope that a surprise Brand New Day trailer would drop during the Super Bowl, that ended up not being the case.

Now, however, we finally have something of an update.
Destin Daniel Cretton’s Update
During a recent interview with Big Gold Belt Media, Destin Daniel Cretton was asked about the status of the first Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer.

While the director did not give any kind of timetable, he did promise that the trailer would be “really good” when it finally debuts.
“I think it’s so funny how people really want a trailer,” he said. “I mean, of course it’s gonna come … it’s gonna be really good when it comes. It’s coming. It’s coming.”
So, while fans will have to wait a bit longer for their first glimpse at Holland’s next adventure, it sounds like the wait will be worth it.
