Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
This is just the first in a series of posters celebrating the newest Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, which will arrive in theaters tonight at midnight (and for those who are still avoiding movie theaters due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Shang-Chi will arrive for streaming on Disney+ in 45 days).
The dynamic poster shows Shang-Chi in a defensive position as his father rises in the air to strike. It’s worth noting that the titular Ten Rings do indeed appear on this poster… but they are not all in the hands of Wenwu. In fact, it seems as though they have been split five and five between Shang-Chi and his father, and the energy produced by the rings seems to be very different, depending on who is wielding them!
Will these details prove to be important elements of the movie? And what further details will be revealed with the release of subsequent Shang-Chi posters? We’re on the edge of our seats here, Marvel Blog True Believers!
