Look Out! Here Comes a New NO WAY HOME Poster
In a Tweet sent on Sunday, November 7th, 2021, the official Marvel Twitter account revealed a brand-new movie poster for the highly anticipated threequel, Spider-Man: No Way Home!

As you might expect, the poster includes the same kind of spoilers that appeared in the recent No Way Home teaser trailer…
Or, put another way, the kind of spoilers that Alfred Molina has been going on about for months now!
What has eight arms and a real grudge against Peter?
While no one will be surprised to learn that this poster centers Tom Holland as Peter Parker (at least it looks like Holland’s Marvel Cinematic Universe spider-suit). However, the image is presented from the perspective of Otto Octavius, the evil supervillain who was created by Steve Ditko and Stan Lee in 1963, and perhaps made most famous by Sam Raimi’s 2004 sequel Spider-Man 2, which starred Molina as Ock opposite Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man.
Now, after the first teaser trailer confirmed the Ock from Raimi’s sequel would be returning, his distinctive metal arms have been included on the newest poster advertising the upcoming No Way Home, which is scheduled to arrive in theaters on December 17th, 2021.
In addition to the return of Doc Ock, there are rumors that the movie – which some have said will be the MCU’s send-off for Holland’s Spider-Man – will include an interdimensional Sinister 6, culled from the 7 Spider-Man movies that have been released so far, which span three separate continuities (and we’re not even brining Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse to the table here, Marvel Blog True Believers).
This rumor is further bolstered by the fact that none other than the Green Goblin, the villain from 2002’s Spider-Man (played by the show-stealing Willem Dafoe), appears in the poster, as well. There are also what might be nods to Electro’s electrical power and Sandman’s shifting… uh, sand. Is there a reference to the Lizard and the Vulture in there as well, Marvel Blog True Believers?
