Hawkeye Hits Top Disney+ Spot in 39 Markets
In an article posted to FlixPatrol on Friday, November 26th, 2021, it was reported that Hawkeye, the newest Marvel Cinematic Universe streaming series on Disney+, hit the top spot on the platform in 39 markets.

It wasn’t just Hawkeye that has been delivering an impressive performance on Disney+.

The MCU is performing extremely well, with Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, the most recently released movie from the franchise that is also available for streaming, holding the top movie spot on the platform… Possibly because it has courted the all-powerful bus operator demographic.
Just Shy of Bullseye
In addition to scoring the top series spot on Disney+ in 39 markets, Hawkeye landed at second place in nine other markets. According to FlixPatrol, in most of those markets, Hawkeye came in second behind the same show: The Simpsons.

Hmm, maybe this has something to do with the fact that a certain Loki Variant seems to have taken up permanent residence in Springfield, USA – at least on some branches off the Sacred Timeline, anyway (if you don’t know what I’m talking about, head to Disney+ and check out The Good, The Bart, and the Loki, Marvel Blog True Believers).

Since the inaugural Disney+ MCU, WandaVision, began back at the beginning of the year, we’ve had one great series after another, including Captain America and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and What If…?
Better yet, there’s no sign of the MCU slowing down, with She-Hulk, Moon Knight, Ms. Marvel, and the second season of What If…? — plus more shows — all arriving on next year.
