With decades upon decades of stories that have been crafted around the character of Spider-Man and the hero of Peter Parker, the upcoming release has promised to craft a story that truly puts him into his darkest moment.

Deadly Neighborhood Spider-Man is set to deliver fans with a Peter Parker story that is quite unlike anything they can expect out of a Spider-Man comic and put the character up against a supernatural enemy.
With the character’s 60th anniversary in tow, titles like The Amazing Spider-Man relaunch coming in April, and the Spider-Man Beyond series that has been ongoing, it is Deadly Neighborhood Spider-Man that promises to be the most unique approach to the character.

It also seems to boast a very unique creative team as well, with the upcoming five-issue miniseries will see Black Eyed Peas member Taboo and writer B. Earl collaborate with artist Juan Ferreyra on the awaited series.
The story will also take Peter out of his home in New York, and place him in Los Angeles; in the midst of a city that has been completely overrun by demonic entities.

With the X-Men villain Demon Bear as the main antagonist of the series, Peter will face off against a supernatural enemy that he has yet to encounter.
B. Earl and Taboo previously teamed up to co-create Marvel’s latest reimagining of Werewolf by Night, which will receive its very own Disney+ special this upcoming Halloween!
