Marvel Studios Selects Arrives as New Colloboration Between Funko and Target!
Funko is a household name well-known for its vinyl figure Funko Pops! Funko is now working with Target and Marvel Studios to create Marvel Studios Selects!
Marvel Studios Selects will focus on bringing famous Marvel characters and scenes from fan-favorite MCU films or Disney+ shows and creating various styles of Funko collectibles. A new collectible will be added at the end of every month, and can feature either heroes or villains!

The first drop of Marvel Studios Selects arrived at the end of May, featuring both Wanda Maximoff and Stephen Strange, the timing of the drops aligns with the release of Doctor Strange’s second film The Multiverse of Madness in which The Scarlett Witch played an incredibly significant role.
The first collectible done in the style of Funko Mini-Moments features a scene from Wandavision! The famous scene in which Westview is celebrating Halloween, allows Wanda to dress in a costume that resembles her comic book counterpart. The mini moments also include Wanda’s twins dressed up in their costumes and Vision.

The next collectible is also done in the Funko Mini-Moments style and features Agatha Harkness behind the camera and filming Wanda. At this point in the series, Agatha’s role as the background antagonist has not been revealed, and she continues to play the unassuming neighbor.
These two Funko mini-moment collectibles focus on episodes 6 and 7 of Wandavision respectively commemorate important moments within the Disney+ series.

The Final collectible features the sorcerer hero of Multiverse of Madness Dr. Strange. The collectible is done in the style of a Comics Cover Pop, featuring a classic Dr. Strange Funko in front of the cover of the collector’s edition Marvel Masterworks Vol. 1 Doctor Strange.
The Funko Pop is mirroring the cover that is behind it with each of Strange’s hands glowing with a different kind of mystic power, just like the comic book cover. The entire piece is quite striking and does a wonderful job capturing the classic comic feel of Dr. Strange.

The Marvel Studios Selects will be available exclusively at Target and will be limited to 2 per order. The two mini-moments collectibles will run for around $7.99 and The Comics Covers Pop Dr. Strange will be around $14.99.
The next Marvel Studios Selects drop will arrive on June 27th! A silhouette of a t-shirt and two other collectibles can be seen. We cannot wait to see who the next collectibles will be based on and what characters or moments will be chosen.
