Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Vellani stated, ” Brie’s held my hand throughout this process, Teyonah has been so wonderful,” while Star-Lord himself, Chris Pratt, “made himself so available” to the young actor.
Vellani noted, “I shot him an email asking about press and stuff and he sent me this juggernaut of an email with so much advice and has gotten him through this.”

It is interesting to consider the trajectory of Chris Pratt’s immensely successful career, which first set the course because of his casting in the original Guardians of the Galaxy film.
If anyone understands the astronomical change that success in the film industry can bring it’s Pratt, and thinking that he bestowed a lot of that knowledge and advice to the young performer is just incredible.
