Marvel Previews Upcoming ‘Marvel’s Voices: Comunidades’ #1′
It is among the most exciting releases of the year, as Latin heroes and creators of the Marvel universe are being celebrated starting at the conclusion of the coming month, and we have our first look at what to expect, as Marvel previews the upcoming Marvel’s Voices: Comunidades #1
There is a lot that one can say about MArvel as a publication and even more that can be said about the company’s endeavors in just about every avenue of the entertainment industry, but one major value that has always been maintained across all mediums and platforms is its commitment to inclusion.

Whether it be characters of the LGBTQ+ community, or of different ethnic races across this massive globe, those efforts for representation and inclusion can be seen throughout the history of the Marvel Universe, and have always been done with the utmost care and compassion.
That continues this year, as September 28th will see the arrival of a comic run celebrating Latin heroes and creators; a series that we have our first look at, as a press release has shown various Marvel previews of the upcoming Marvel’s Voices: Comunidades #1.
There are several stories that Marvel is previewing in the upcoming issue, starting with a story titled ” A Small Mercy, starring the character of Nova, and being constructed by the creative team of FAbian Nicieza, Paco Medina, Walden Wong, and Ceci de la Cruz.
The story will see the character of Nova- a hero of Mexican descent- take to the stars in a solo adventure that highlights the hero of Sam Alexander in a brand new way.
There is then the story titled “Music to My Ears”, starring one of Marvel’s most beloved characters Miles Morales, in his own adventure by the creative team of Edgar Delgado and Luis Morocho.
The story will put the fan-favorite Spider-Man facing off against an unknown threat that we only know has a penchant for weaponizing music.
Some of the other stories include White Tiger’s “SEcret Savior” by Alex Segura, Roge Antonio, and Israel Silva, “Shark Girl’s Day off” by Zoraida Cordova, Yasmin Flores Montanex, and Frank Williams, and finally America Chavez’s “More With Less” by Carlos Hernandez, Marcelo Costa, ad Manuel Puppo.
