Miracleman returns this October from Neil Gaiman
He is a hero that may be unknown to a lot of comic book fans, but certainly not for long, as Miracleman returns this October from acclaimed writer Neil Gaiman.
In the massive history of the Marvel Universe, there have been a plethora of characters that come and go throughout the years; some forging lifelong connections with fans, some withering out before they can really gain any traction.
And some just get lost in the shuffle, which is what seems to be the case with a hero that will now be the subject of their very own story, after decades of being often overlooked, as Miracleman is set to return this October from none other than Neil Gaiman.
Gaiman isn’t just a notable writing legend, he is a literary icon, as his work has been some of the most beloved and well respected in the modern writing world.
He is an author that has taken his talents to the world of fiction, not just in books, but in the comic book world, and is now making his return with a character he had set up years ago.
In a press release for the upcoming Miracleman, and Neil Gaiman return, Marvel stated, “In the late ’80s, Neil Gaiman and Mark Buckingham took over the saga of Miracleman to critical acclaim. The pair of comic visionaries expanded the Miracleman mythos with new characters and introduced the story of young Miracleman.”

The release continued, “The series was cut short mid-storyline almost 30 years ago, but now their Miracleman: The Silver Age saga will finally be completed!”
The upcoming series, “will present the early chapters of the story that made it to stands, but with stunning new remastered artwork by Buckingham and containing bonus content!”
Although this may be a character that few Marvel fans are aware of, this should be a tremendous run by some of the greatest writers in the history of the industry.
