‘Fantastic Four’ Has Reportedly Found its Writers
It is one of the biggest films for the MCU’s Phase Six, and now it has taken a massive step forward, as Fantastic Four has reportedly found its writers.
There is no overstating the importance of the Fantastic Four to the history of Marvel as a company, as they represent some of the earliest hits that Marvel ever had as a publication.
Known as Marvel’s First Family, this collective boasted some of the most intriguing relationship dynamics that the comic book industry had to offer, and it is that fact that has kept them relevant since their inception so many decades ago.
A family of superheroes that must balance their own relationship with one another and their role as some of the few capable protectors of Earth, the team has long been one of Marvel’s best titles and featured some of their most threatening villains.
Their importance to Marvel comics has now transferred to the world of the MCU, as the team is set to be adapted at the beginning of Phase Six, and set in motion what should be a massively important era for the Marvel universe.
But that title has taken a massive step forward today, as Fantastic Four has reportedly found its writers; with it being circulated that the duo of Jeff Kaplan and Ian Springer have been tasked with bringing the iconic team to the MCU.

ComicBook.com first reported, stating, “The duo recently penned the in-development film Disaster Wedding, which is directed by Palm Springs’ Max Barbakow.”
It continued, “They’ll team up with Fantastic Four director Matt Shakman and Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige to shape the big screen future of the most iconic family in Marvel history.”
The report also noted that “Kaplan and Springer have actually been working with MArvel on Fantastic Four for some time, coming on even before Shakman was hired.”
