Tom Holland Suffers Concussion on the Set of ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’
Tom Holland is taking a break from filming Spider-Man: Brand New Day in the United Kingdom, after the actor suffered an on-set injury.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Holland suffered a mild concussion while filming his fourth solo Spider-Man film.

While it is unclear how the injury happened at this time, reports indicate that no one else was injured.

Sony, which is producing the film, will meet today to decide how to move forward with production while Holland recuperates.
‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’
As previously noted, Brand New Day will be the fourth installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Spider-Man franchise and the seventh film in which Holland has portrayed Peter Parker.

“It’s day one, my fourth ever day one on ‘Spider-Man. And it’s funny, putting the suit on, it feels different this time, somehow. It’s also the first time we ever had fans on set day one, so it’s really exciting to share this with them,” he said. “We’ve got some familiar faces on set. I’m just going to do my best, hopefully get it right, no pressure.”
Holland Will Suit Up Again Soon
Based on what we know, it sounds like Holland’s break from production is precautionary, and the actor will suit up again in a few days.
