Marvel Releases the Zemo Cut
In a Tweet sent on Thursday, April 8th, 2021, the official The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Twitter account released an extended, 28 second-long version of Baron Helmut Zemo (Daniel Brühl) getting down in a Madripoor club. In other words: Marvel has released the Zemo Cut.

Release the Zemo Cut
The scene, which takes place in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier episode 3, “Power Broker,” sees Zemo getting his groove on while visiting a nightclub, shortly after Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) has freed him from incarceration.
Also present in the scene (and giving Zemo the stink-eye for his dismal dad-dancing) is Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie), who at the time was disguised as the Smiling Tiger, a sometimes-member of the Thunderbolts.
Somehow, this isn’t the first show-stopping musical moment delivered by the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s villains direct to Disney+.
The first MCU show to premiere on Disney+, WandaVision, saw one of its villains get down in a Marvelously musical fashion when Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) unveiled herself to Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) via an irresistible TV theme song, “Agatha All Along.”
Who Wins in the Dance Off, Bro?
Now, Zemo’s dad-dancing is giving Harkness a run for her money as far as “most meme’d MCU musical moment” goes!
At this rate, we’ll be seeing a do-wop duet between Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson)… actually, come to think of it, that sounds great! Maybe we’ll finally get a Marvel musical (besides Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, I mean).
The fourth episode of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is mere hours away from release! Which character do you hope hits the dance floor in this episode, Marvel Blog True Believers? Personally, I’m hoping we get to see Ayo hit the dance floor. You know those Dora Milaje moves would put stodgy old Zemo to shame! Let us know what you think in the comments.
