In the video, which was posted on Sunday, May 30th, 2021, Pfeiffer said, “Janet Van Dyne, entering the Quantum Realm this summer. I’ll be ready,” before beginning her (extremely intense sounding) workout.
Van Dyne Goes Quantum
Pfeiffer first appeared as Van Dyne in the second movie in the Ant-Man and the Wasp series, Ant-Man and the Wasp (2019).

In that movie, she escaped the Quantum Realm… but by the movie’s conclusion, Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) was trapped there after Van Dyne, Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), and Hope Pym (Evangeline Lilly) were turned to dust by the snap of Thanos mid-experiment.
In the upcoming sequel, it looks as though Van Dyne will be returning to the Quantum Realm once again based on a key deleted scene from Ant-Man and the Wasp.

What Else We Know About Quantumania
We already know that Quantumania is filming in some very interesting locations. First up, we learned that they are filming in the underground city of Cappadoccia, Turkey, which should provide some very interesting settings.

Plus, director Peyton Reed is using the skills he gleaned while working on the second episode of the second season of The Mandalorian thanks to the fact that the Volume will be used for some scenes in Quantumania.
And we also know that Scott’s daughter, Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton) will be part of the cast… that’s right, Marvel Blog True Believers: another piece of the Young Avengers puzzle, Stature!
