RUMOR: Is MEGAN THEE STALLION in She-Hulk?
According to a report on the YouTube Channel “Everything Always,” Megan Thee Stallion will be appearing in the upcoming Disney+ series She-Hulk, and she’s playing herself!
Megan Thee Superhero
The host of the channel, Michael Roman, explained that sources revealed that Megan would be appearing not as a cameo, but as a recurring character on the show.
Furthermore, she will not be playing an established Marvel Comics superhero or supervillain – she’ll be playing herself.
Roman stated that this rumor should be taken with a grain of salt, but did note that he went out of his way to confirm with two separate sources… so it seems like this casting isn’t totally out of the question.
Besides this wouldn’t be the first time that Megan played the metafiction game, she’s already inspired a character in the popular manga series, My Hero Academia! Fingers crossed, Marvel Blog True Believers!

Legal Precedent
First of all, this wouldn’t be Megan’s first involvement with on-screen superheroes. The (frankly outstanding) soundtrack for Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey (2020) included a track from Megan and Normani, “Diamonds.”
And furthermore, it’s not unusual for a Marvel Comics run to introduce supporting cast members who are not-so-superpowered, but who played a recurring role in the narrative.
Deadpool in particular has a long history of normal humans filling out the ranks of his supporting cast, with characters like Blind Al, Weasel, and Peter W. (no this one doesn’t get the Peter tingle, he’s just a rad dude and experienced beekeeper) making their way to the big screen in Deadpool and Deadpool 2.
And the recent Hulu series Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K. carried on this tradition by including supporting cast members like M.O.D.O.K.’s wife, a lifestyle Vlogger, and Gary the A.I.M. employee.
Megan & She-Hulk
Will Megan be appearing as herself when She-Hulk finally arrives for streaming on Disney+?
Will she end up sharing the screen with Howard the Duck, who we really hope makes an appearance? Only time will tell, Marvel Blog True Believers!
