Return of the King
The second episode of What If…? will give viewers a glimpse of what would have happened if T’Challa, who grew up to become the King of Wakanda and claim the title of Black Panther, had instead been taken to space by Yondu the Ravager (Michael Rooker).
In the “Sacred Timeline” of main Marvel Cinematic Universe continuity, Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) was the one who was taken to space by Yondu. However, it appears that this episode gives Boseman the chance to step into the role instead.
