Revisit Phase One with New Variant Covers
In an article posted to the official Marvel website on Thursday, August 19th, 2021, it was revealed that Marvel Comics will be celebrating Phase One of the Infinity Saga with a series of six brand-new Variant covers, debuting across five titles this November.

The Infinity Saga Phase One Variant Covers will each spotlight a different one of the six movies that make up the first phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

First up, Marvel is releasing a cover celebrating Iron Man (2008) by Marco Checcetto, celebrating the film that kicked off the MCU. The cover will feature several different armors we saw in that movie, including the one that Tony Stark built in a cave.
This MCU Phase One variant cover will appear on some issues of Iron Man #14, available November 11th.

Next up, there will be a cover featuring The Incredible Hulk (2008) by Joe Bennett.
The Hulk cover features the brawl between Hulk and Abomination, which is perfect, because Abomination is set to appear in the soon-to-be-released Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. If you want this Phase One variant cover, it will be available on some issues of Hulk #1, arriving at your local comic shop (LCS) on November 3rd.

The cover featuring Iron Man 2 (2010) by Taurin Clarke shows Iron Man and War Machine teaming-up for the memorable climactic battle of the MCU’s first sequel. This will be one of two variant covers available on Captain America/Iron Man #1, arriving November 24th.

And Captain America (2011) will be depicted in battle against the Red Skull on a variant by Adam Kubert, another variant cover for Captain America/Iron Man #1 on November 24th.

2011’s Thor will be celebrated in a Phase One variant by Ema Lupacchino that will spotlight three members of Asgard’s first family: Thor, Loki, and Odin. Some copies of Thor #19, arriving November 17th, will feature this variant.

Finally, Arthur Adams will provide a cover featuring 2012’s The Avengers, which will showcase the five original Avengers in their very first team-up (Avengers Assemble!).
This variant cover will appear on some issues of Avengers #50, arriving on November 17th at your LCS.
