Zendaya Reflects on What Makes Tom Holland a Special Spider-Man
One of the entertainment industry’s most wholesome couples, coming off of six years working side by side has led to a recent video in which Zendaya reflects on what makes Tom Holland a Special Spider-Man.
Since their debut together in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, Tom Holland’s Peter Parker, and Zendaya’s MJ have been inseparable on screen and off.

The two seem to be living their best lives; playing two major characters in the MCU’s current landscape, and inheriting two of the most iconic characters in Spider-Man’s over 20 years of cinematic history.
The two took some time during their press tour to film a video for LADbible TV in Tom Hollands’ home city of London; the couple played a game of “Agree or Disagree” and discussed everything from Jaffa Cakes, to Football, to the best Spider-Man.

This allowed the young actress to take a moment to discuss just what makes the MCU’s Peter Parker so uniquely deserving of the role, as Zendaya reflects on what makes Tom Holland a special Spider-Man.
“There’s a lot of great things, I think, that make you Spider-Man. One of them is that you actually love being Spider-Man. Like, and you embrace it so much.”

The young actress continued, “I think anyone who’s ever seen him, you know, deal with kids, especially when he’s in the whole get-up, you know, the suit, its really special to watch.”
“He does the accent and does the web thing- cause it was like, ‘Can you shoot a web?’ and he was like, I’ve used all my web cartridges getting here. It’s really, really sweet.”

Spider-Man: No Way Home has solidified Tom Holland as the greatest live-action adaptation of Peter Parker, but it is these small acts of incredible kindness that validate Holland as maybe the most grateful and gracious performer to ever don the Spider-Man costume.
He embraces the true essence of Peter Parker in both his incredible performances on screen and his fantastic commitment to being a hero to every kid who has looked up to him.
