‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ Set Photos Teases MCU debut of Namor
One of the most anticipated films in the Marvels Phase Four slate, a recently surfaced Black Panther: Wakanda Forever set photo teases the MCU debut of Namor.
The MCU is in the midst of its most ambitious and creative era since its inception, with the upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Moon Knight front and center.
With Kevin Feige and the company working to reimagine the Marvel mold, and the end of an era occurring after the conclusion of Avengers: Endgame, it appears as though the long-awaited sequel of Black Panther is also working to create something brand new to bring to the ever-evolving MCU.
They may, in fact, be prepared to bring the entire city of Atlantis to the forefront as recent Black Panther: Wakanda Forever set photos to tease the potential MCU debut of Namor.

The released set photos show what appears to be a massive water tank used for filming underwater scenes; which adds to the speculation of Namors MCU debut considering that the Black Panther films are almost certainly primed to be set in the fictional Marvel country of Wakanda.
Namor The Submariner is a Marvel character known as the prince of Atlantis, possessing many superhuman abilities that one would expect from such.
A character that has been both hero and villain, he is undoubtedly one of the more iconic and longest-running characters in Marvel’s long and illustrious history.
As one of the longest-tenured characters in Marvel, it is rather surprising it took so long to finally arrive at his MCU debut, and interesting that it will take place in the sequel to Black Panther of all films.
With Riri Williams also set to make her MCU debut in the same film, it will be interesting to observe just how the MCU approaches telling the sequel story to the instant classic that was Black Panther.
The tragic premature death of Chadwick Boseman certainly made the prospect of a sequel more difficult, and only time will tell how the MCU copes with such an awful reality.
