Marvel Releases Brand New ‘Moon Knight’ Featurette

There are few MCU projects that will boast the uniqueness that will clearly be available in their latest series, as Marvel explores what fans can expect in a brand new Moon Knight featurette.

The long history of Marvel comics has been riddled with characters that are among the most unique and interesting the genre has to offer but none seem to reach the level of uniqueness that is so clearly found in the character of Marc Spector.

Since his inception, Moon Knight has been among the most intriguing comic book characters, for his visual style, mythical heritage, violent nature, or struggle with mental illness; the character has come to be defined by his enigmatic nature and unpredictability.

All of those tremendous character qualities are now coming to the MCU, as Moon Knight remains just a few weeks away from debuting on Disney+!

To celebrate the impending debut, Marvel release a brand new Moon Knight featurette that gives fans a never-before-seen look at the character, his villains, all while delivering commentary from the creative voices involved with bringing him to life.

Oscar Isaac, one of the most talented performers in the world today, spoke highly of the character and what he is hoping to bring to him in the brand new series and gave fans insight into the very nature of the series.

Moon Knight is described by Isaacs as a true character study, with the MCU delving deep into Marc Spector, his dissociative identity disorder, and his connection with the enigmatic Egyptian god Khonshu; the entity responsible for granting Spector the powers of the Moon Knight.

It is all of this that makes Moon Knight a character unlike any other; a vigilante prone to violent rage who operates on behalf of a deistic Egyptian entity that imbues him with his power.

All while operating under a premise of uncertainty that makes the reader- or viewer- question just what’s real, and what’s another conjuring of Spector’s mind.

We cannot wait to see what Mohammed Diab, Kevin Feige, Oscar Isaac, and Ethan Hawke create out of this new Marvel world!
