Marvel Releases Haunting ‘Moon Knight’ Scene Ahead of Disney+ Debut
With the highly anticipated series just two weeks away, Marvel has officially released a haunting Moon Knight scene ahead of its premiere.
There are few Marvel characters that are as enigmatic and mysterious as Marc Spector’s Moon Knight, and the violent vigilante is primed for his live-action debut in the MCU.
Suffering from Dissociative identity disorder, Spector has a very difficult time differentiating what is real and what is conjured up in his mind; a difficulty that is only magnified when the Egyptian moon god Khonshu bestows the former mercenary with magical powers.
With the release just two weeks away, Marvel has prepared fans and driven some excitement with the release of a haunting Moon Knight scene from the upcoming series that adds to the mystic and allure of the character and the upcoming show.

The scene shows series star Oscar Isaac as the alter ego of the eponymous character, Steven Grant, as he is being tracked down by Khonshu himself.
It is an almost terrifying scene that shows this gargantuan, skeletal, figure slowly approaching Isaacs Grant in a manner that seems tremendously menacing.
The vibe of the clip perfectly showcases a series that will undoubtedly dig into the horror influences of the series, showcasing Spector’s tumultuous relationship with the deity that imbues him with the power of the vigilante; while the fear of the unknown is front and center of the series.
The early reactions have pointed to the newest MCU series being one of the most unique projects from Marvel Studios, with its themes, narrative, and style placing it outside of the norm of what fans expect from the studio.
If the clip is any indication, there is no doubt that it will be a series that leans into the scarier side of the character, with the violence and mature subject matter in the story of Marc Spector standing on its own among the various MCU projects.
