‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ Arrives on Disney+ TODAY
The Marvel movie event of the summer is officially making its streaming debut, as Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness arrives on Disney+ TODAY.
There were few entries into the Marvel Cinematic Universe that have inspired the excitement of fans in the way that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has.

A film that was long billed as the first true horror film in the history of the MCU, and the long-awaited return to the world of comic book movies for acclaimed director Sam Raimi; the grandfather of the entire genre with the Spider-Man trilogy that he debuted in 2000.
The Doctor Strange sequel that had been one of most anticipated since its initial arrival in 2016, and with this film primed to be the bookend of the multiversal narrative that had been the focal point of the MCU’s Phase Four, it was the summer film of the year for Marvel films.

What arrived in cinemas last month was everything that fans had hoped for and then some, pitting Marvel’s resident sorcerer up against the terrorizing force that is a fully formed Scarlet Witch; as she sought to take the powers of the MCU debut of America Chavez.
It was a film that truly showed off Wanda Maximoff as a fully-fledged Marvel villain, and became one of the most dangerous and all-powerful Marvel villains that we’ve seen since Thanos.

Fans can now take in the film again, as Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is arriving on Disney+ TODAY, and one of the coolest caveats to the arrival on the Disney exclusive streaming service is that it will be arriving in IMAX Extended format.
The extended aspect ratio does allow viewers that are taking in the digital version of the film in a brand new way that will enhance the experience over the normal ratio that fans could take in at a normal theater showing.
