Kevin Feige Promises Multiverse Saga Updates Coming Soon
It was easily among the biggest announcements that took place on the stage at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, and with many fans curious about what’s to come, Kevin Feige has promised Multiverse Saga updates are coming soon.
There was an air of uncertainty among fans as to just what the Marvel Cinematic Universe would unveil at this years returning San Diego Comic-Con; an event that has become a tradition for Marvel Studios and Marvel fans, and had been postponed two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Its triumphant return led to what may have been the biggest event the studio has ever had, with it unveiling two new trailers, and announcing the next two years of the MCU that are currently in the works; all coming under the banner of an entirely new Saga.
New Avengers films and a complete reshuffling and reorganization of some of the biggest MCU titles and projects were announced, and with all of the excitement and anticipation came to a sense of worry that this much content would leave the cupboards bare for the upcoming D23 event in September,
That, however, appears to not be the case, as MCU architect Kevin Feige promises Multiverse Saga updates are coming soon, and there will be plenty of news coming by way of the September event for the MCU’s faithful,
Speaking to Marvel Entertainment following the SDCC mega panel, Feige stated, “There is so much more to discuss and so much more to unveil, and we didn’t want to talk about everything today.”
Feige added via ComicBook.com, “Filmmakers, celebrity talent, and surprise guests will join representatives from Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm, among others, onstage in Hall D23 at 10a.m. to showcase theatrical and Disney+ titles,”
HE concluded, “going behind the scenes of these studios’ highly anticipated films, specials, and series, attendees will see exclusive footage; and be among the first to learn what else is in the works.”
It is incredible to think that there could be even more coming for the MCU, but we cannot wait to hear what September will bring as fans delve deep into the coming years, and the countless projects we have to look forward to.
