Marvel Announces Upcoming Tradd Moore ‘Doctor Strange’ Series
Comic-Con was the stage for some of the biggest announcements in the history of Marvel Studios, but while the future of the MCU was established in a huge way, the comic book realm was also established, as Marvel announced a brand new Tradd Moore Doctor Strange series, slated for this November.
The return of the illustrious San Diego Comic-Con event after two years of being postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic brought with it anticipation that had been unseen for the event in its vast history.
It was an event that has become a pop culture tradition for fans of these various comic book and entertainment brands, but it has maintained a special place in the hearts of Marvel fans, as it has been home to some of the biggest announcements in the companies history.
While headlines and news stories are all firmly dedicated to exploring and discussing the announcements regarding the Marvel Cinematic Universe- and rightfully so, considering two years and two separate phases were announced- one of the coolest revelations came in regards to the comic book universe.
It was announced at Comic-Con and ushered once gained by Marvel.com, that the publisher is currently developing a brand new Tradd Moore Doctor Strange series that is set to hit shelves this November, and explore the sorcerer supreme in a brand new way.
The press release for the announcement stated,
“Written and drawn by Moore, DOCTOR STRANGE: FALL SUNRISE #1 will kick off a four-issue miniseries starring the Good Doctor. The debut issue will send Strange to a strange new world, where hell has to fight just to survive even as he unearths its mystical secrets.

Moore is known to many comic book fans for his work as the artist on the beloved Silver Surfer: Black series, where he showcased his signature and unmatched style that brought that series to life in a way that was very unlike any other in the Marvel lineup.
Doctor Strange is the percent character for Moore’s eclectic and psychedelic style, as he has signed on to pen his very own series for the first time; and we cannot wait to see what Moore has in store for the series.
