Marvel Announces ‘All-Out Avengers’

They have been a staple in the Marvel universe since their inception, but we’ll see them in a way unlike ever before, as Marvel announces the brand new All-Out Avengers.

Since the inception of Marvel comics, and its rise to prominence in the comic book world, there has always been a focus on delivering the very best team-ups that the industry can offer.

The idea of creating teams to combat every corner of this fictional world was something that made Marvel feel larger than life, and representative of the world that we know.

All sorts of people, with every kind of background, join together to form collectives that fight for the greater good under one commonality.

But with all of these various teams and collectives, one has always stood out as the hallmark of who Marvel is, and who it could be; and that team is being reinvented in a brand new way.

Marvel has recently announced the All-Out Avengers, a brand new comic series that will present the team we all know and love in a brand new way.

Created by the duo of Derek Landy and Greg Land, the concept of the team differs from just about every Avenger team you could remember reading about.

Speaking to Marvel.com, Landy stated, “This is basically that feeling that readers of a certain age have of walking into a corner store as a kid and picking up whatever comic was on the rack. Invariably it landed you in the middle of a story.”

He continued, “We didn’t have the option to backorder, we dint have comic shops. You had to wait until you were grown up and they invented Marvel Unlimited so you could find out how the story started.”

“You’re thrown into the second part of the story, but the first part is never even written. It’s not constant action, it’s constant momentum.” Landy added, “The story is always in full flow, everybody is always hurtling towards the finish line every single issue, which is a feat in itself.”
