EA Reportedly Developing Several New Marvel Video Games
With the recent announcement of Motive Studios Iron Man game, it may just be the start, as EA is reportedly developing several new Marvel Video Games.
In recent years, one avenue that Marvel has certainly put an abundance of resources into has been their video game lineup.
Starting with one of the best open-world video games of all time, Marvel’s Spider-Man was the first in a long line of titles that truly took these iconic characters into a brand new direction, and delivered them to a brand new audience.
It allowed users to enter the shoes of Peter Parker himself, and to be a part of a story that truly embraced the world of the Friendly Neighborhood Hero.
That was followed by titles like Marvel’s Avengers, which is a mission-based, third-person adventure game that allows players to take control of one of several Avengers.
That game has already surpassed its two-year anniversary and is still developing new content to grow the player experience in exciting ways.
The growth of Marvel’s gaming market has only grown, with titles like Marvel’s Midnight Suns fast approaching, a Spider-Man sequel, and various titles around characters like Wolverine, Captain America, and Black Panther well in development.
The most recent announcement came in the form of a brand new Iron Man game by Motive Studios, but that certainly doesn’t appear to be the last, as their parent company, EA, is reportedly developing several new Marvel video games.
