Elizabeth Olsen Confirms She wont be in ‘Agatha: Coven of Chaos’ Even Though She Wants to be
She has quickly established herself as one of the most beloved aspects of the MCU, and amidst fans clamoring for her return to the iconic role of Wanda, Elizabeth Olsen confirms she won’t be in Agatha: Coven of Chaos, even though she wants to be.
Over the course of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, there are a few characters that have forged an incredible connection with the audience; connections that have made them icons to Marvel fans.
There has been a fair share of heroes that have done this, but perhaps the strongest connection could be with Wanda Maximoff.
Wanda is a very interesting case, as she debuted in Avengers: Age of Ultron, but didn’t truly find her own footing until Captain America: Civil War.
She was an immensely powerful hero who was still immature in the world of the Marvel Universe and required the guidance of characters like Steve Rogers, and Vision, to guide her through her earliest moments.
Everything changed with WandaVisoin, which may well be the best Disney+ series that the MCU has ever created; crafted one of the greatest character arcs in the franchise.
That performance was carried over into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, where the fate of Wanda was uncertain, despite the plea from fans to bring her back.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight about potentially returning in a series about a character that appeared in WandaVision, Elizabeth Olsen confirmed she won’t be in Agatha: Coven of Chaos, even though she wants to be.

Olsen stated, “I mean, no, but I would love to pop up. I love Kathryn [Hahn], I don’t want to leave her side ever, I’m so grateful she’s here tonight.”
Olsen added, “We do think, ‘Gosh, we gotta do it again!’ We just had a really great time making that show, and with Paul [Bettany], it was really a special time, so we would love to get the gang back.”
Whether or not Wanda will return is still a massive question, but it would be incredibly interesting for her to be present in the events of Agatha’s series.
