‘Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind’ is Getting A Holiday Overlay!
It was the biggest Marvel-themed attraction that Disney introduces last year, and it is now set to get a seasonal update, as New York Comic-Con has announced that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is set to get a Holiday overlay!
Throughout the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, there are few franchises that are as big or as beloved as the Guardians of the Galaxy.

The brainchild of the iconic James Gunn, the series marked the first turn risk for the MCU, with a collection of characters scarcely known by average fans, it had the potential to be the first big miss for Marvel Studios.
That ended up being the further thing from the truth, however, as the franchise would grow to be one of the most important for the MCU, with these characters forming such a strong connection with viewers.

It was that connection that led Walt Disney World to craft what was the brand new state-of-the-art roller coaster that was themed around the iconic Marvel team; which would end up being one of our favorite Walt Disney World attractions, and the company’s best new rides of the year.
It turns out that the ride will now get a seasonal chance, as Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is now officially getting a holiday overlay, as announced at New York Comic-Con.

In a post by Disney parks on Instagram, it was revealed that the “Holiday Remix’ is coming to the ride, and is likely a precursor to the Guardians of the Galaxy: Holiday Special that is slated to be the MCU’s festive installment.
