Avengers Forever #1
Avengers Forever #1 will be written by Jason Aaron and feature art by Aaron Kuder.

The video alludes to the fact that Avengers Forever will follow-up on much of the work Aaron has done in the Marvel Universe, including the recent Heroes Reborn crossover event.

Much of Aaron’s body of work at Marvel includes “reworking” existing superheroes in new ways (including his show-stopping run on The Mighty Thor, which saw Doctor Jane Foster lifting Mjolnir and becoming the Goddess of Thunder, will serve as heavy inspiration for the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder).

And as you can see from this video, the event will also include elements introduced in the story that Aaron wrote for this 2021’s Avengers/Hulk Free Comic Book Day issue, “The Tower at the Center of Everything,” which was also by Iban Coello, Brain Reber, and Cory Petit. Hopefully, this issue will soon be available to read on Marvel Unlimited, so you can catch up before the event begins in December (if you haven’t read it already).

While this issue was originally meant to be published on November, 24th, 2021, it was delayed until December 1st, 2021 due to COVID-19-related supply chain delays… But the video posted today doesn’t say “December 1st,” it just says the more vague “December.” Fingers crossed for the first, Marvel Blog True Believers!
