To celebrate the release of the newest comic anthology in the Marvel’s Voices line, the official Marvel Entertainment Twitter account released a video trailer celebrating the issue.
The video features an animated version of the Marvel’s Voices: Heritage main cover by Kyle Charles, and it also gives you an idea of the stories you’ll get to read inside this anthology.
According to the video, the creative teams include Jim Terry and Brittany Peer on the X-Men, Nyla Innuksuk and Natasha Donovan on Snowguard, Steven Paul Judd and David Cutler on American Eagle, and Rebecca Roanhorse and Shaun Beyale on Echo as the Phoenix. This last entry is especially exciting in terms of continuity, as Roanhorse has been writing the ongoing Phoenix Song: Echo series that we’ve been reviewing here at Marvel Blog.
In addition, the issue includes an interview with Roanhorse conducted by Angélique Roché (adapted from a special episode of the Marvel’s Voices podcast, which you can also listen to in its entirety) and an excerpt featuring the back-up story about Joe Gomez in The United States of Captain America #3 by Darcie Little Badger, Cutler, Roberto Poggi, Matt Milla, and Joe Caramagna.
