Recent rumors suggest that Marvel Studios’ Agatha: House of Harkness has a shoot date and production company title. According to a source at The Cosmic Circus, although rumors have swirled since October 2021 that the show’s production company would be called “Oakhaven Productions,” it was just confirmed that production title for the Agatha-fronted Disney+ series is indeed “Oakhaven Productions LLC.”
Additionally, Agatha should begin production in Georgia in October 2022 if things go as planned.
Agatha: House of Harkness
Marvel Cinematic Universe fans first met the star of the upcoming series Agatha: House of Harkness, under the guise of the innocuous nosey neighbor Agnes in 2021’s WandaVision on Disney+. In WandaVision, the character’s true witchy identity, Marvel Comics’ Scarlet Witch mentor Agatha Harkness, was revealed in a Emmy Award-winning musical number “Agatha All Along.”
Played by the wickedly delightful Kathryn Hahn, Agnes/Agatha may have a future in the MCU as the nanny for the Invisible Woman and Mr. Fantastic’s incredible tiny tot, but more on that later.
At the end of WandaVision, the internet was set ablaze with people clamoring for more Agatha stories, and soon Marvel Studios Head Boss in Charge Kevin Feige promised fans that “Agatha’s not done yet.”
Then, on Disney+ Day in November of 2021, Marvel Studios officially announced the series Agatha: House of Harkness.
And in December 2021, Hahn provided some more details about what we can expect from Agatha in the upcoming series, saying fans can expect more of the “loud,” “mysterious,” “dangerous,” character we have all come to love.
Now, the highly anticipated series has a rumored production company titled and October start date.
