After long being developed, this seeks marks the official arrival of the brand new series telling the story of the young Kamala Khan, and her struggle to balance both the normal difficulties of one’s teenage years, with being thrust into the world of superheroes.
The series had a lot of excitement from fans, as she has become a fan-favorite character for the Marvel series; that excitement has proven to be justified, as Ms. Marvel is now the highest-rated Marvel series yet.
We previously reported that the series has earned a near-perfect Rotten Tomatoes score with a 95% fresh rating; made even more impressive by the fact that it has maintained this score with well over 100 reviews.
What is now interesting is to compare what this rating means in the grand scheme of the various MCU series; with Ms. Marvel’s rating putting it in the upper echelon of the best-received series in Marvel history.
When compared with other Disney+ shows and their Rotten Tomatoes rating, Ms. Marvel stands ahead of the pack; with What If…? standing with a 94%, and both Loki and Hawkeye standing with a 92%.
That conversation becomes even more interesting when Ms. Marvel’s 95% is compared to every Marvel cinematic Universe project that has been released.
Ms. Marvel is the second highest-rated Marvel Studios project yet, with only Black Panther’s 96% ahead of it; with Avengers: Endgame and Iron Man both behind Ms. MArvel with 94%.
It is incredible to consider the immediate success of Ms. Marvel, but it is a distinction that is well earned with how incredibly well constructed the series is.
