Who are Intelligencia? Uncovering She/Hulk’s Mysterious Villains
They have officially been name-dropped in the latest episode of the MCU’s newest series, but just who are Intelligencia? let’s discuss She/Hulk’s mysterious villains.
Marvel’s newest hero is here, as Jennifer Walters has finally made her long-awaited debut in the world of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
A character that has long been a fan favorite in the comic book world, Walters has been brought to life in the most fantastic of ways in the newest MCU Disney+ Show.
Tatiana Maslany is sheerly brilliant in her starring role as the eponymous hero, as she continues to prove, week in and week out, that she is not only the perfect choice to play this character, but that she is invaluable to the future of the Marvel cinematic Universe.
It isn’t just her tremendous performance either, as the entire creative team of writer Jessica Gao, and director Kat Coiro and Anu Vaila have shown creativity and vibrance that fi the character perfectly.
With the story of Walters being brilliantly told, the series took a turn in Episode 6, introducing what seems to be the main villains of the project.
Given a name at the episode’s conclusion, we discuss just who is Intelligencia? as we dive into She/Hulk’s mysterious new villains.
Intelligencia, based on the information given in She/Hulk is a group of people across the internet who don’t share a good perception of the new hero, as the episode showed message boards equipped with horrible rhetoric towards the title character, eventually showing a lab with interest in Walters blood.
The group, however, also has a history in Marvel comics, being a collective of some of the biggest supervillains in the Marvel Universe.
In the comics, the group is made of iconic villains like MODOK, Mr. Sinister, Doctor Doom, and The Leader, and it seems as though those characters could be a part of the MCU’s version.
With Sam Stern’s The Leader returning in Captain America: New World Order, he could be behind the collection that seems immensely concerned with She/Hulk’s blood.
