There is an unparalleled excitement to see what the Marvel Cinematic Universe is set to do in the upcoming sequel to the 2016 Academy Award-nominated film, Black Panther.

A project that is set to pick up where the franchise left off, with King T’Challa opening up the nation’s borders to the rest of the world in hopes of bringing aid through their vast amount of resources.
There is one corner of the planet that is certainly not a fan of this direction, and this film will see them arrive and make their case, as the underwater people of Talocan are primed to be the lead villains of the sequel.

At the start of Phase Four, there were plenty of characters that fans were immensely excited to see arrive in the MCU, and near the top of the list was someone that could actually end up being one of the main characters of this film.
