Numerous Characters Have Been Recast For ‘Marvel Zombies’
The next installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe will debut on September 24, when Marvel Zombies lands on Disney+.
A spin-off of the popular What If…?, Zombies will feature a collection of undead heroes and villains living in a post-apocalyptic alternate universe.

While Marvel Zombies will feature the return of many MCU stars, including Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Tessa Thompson, Simu Liu, Awkwafina, Hailee Steinfeld, Wyatt Russell, Randall Park, Iman Vellani, and Domique Thorne, many of the show’s central characters have been recast.
Returning ‘What If…?’ Voice Actors
Reprising their roles from What If…?, MIck Wingert will portray Tony Stark, Lake Bell will voice Natasha Romanoff, and Josh Keaton will star as Steve Rogers in the upcoming Marvel Zombies.

Additionally, Renna Ramsey will once again voice Okoe, Hudson Thames will voice Spider-Man, and Kari Wahlgren will return as Melina Vostokoff.
New Names in Familiar Roles
The bigger news, however, is that Chris Hemsworth will not reprise his What If…? performance as Thor. Instead, the God of Thunder will be voiced by Greg Furman.

Also making their Marvel debuts are Feodor Chin, who will voice Wenwu, Rama Vallury, who plays Baron Zemo, and Todd Williams, who will lend his voice to Blade.
While it is not surprising that Marvel has turned to voice actors for Zombies, fans will be disappointed to learn that some stars opted not to return for the series.
