Every day should be Global M.O.D.O.K. Day, but this does please me. I'LL SPARE THIS ONE! https://t.co/nk3MXTsxeB

What’s Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K?
The animated series is co-created by Jordan Blum and Patton Oswalt, the latter of which will be lending his voice to the eponymous supervillain. But note that, like the original Star Trek: The Animated Series, the upcoming Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K. is a cartoon geared towards adults, not kids (although if you want animation for the whole family, the upcoming Star Trek: Prodigy looks very appealing, and as far as Marvel animation for kids goes, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur will be here soon).
In Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K., the supervillain M.O.D.O.K., which stands for “Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing,” has a problem: he’s been thrown out of both his family and his evil organization.
The cast will also include Aimee Garcia as M.O.D.O.K.’s wife and the mother of his children, Ben Schwartz (who you may recognize from some other superhero fare) as M.O.D.O.K.’s 12-year-old son Lou, and Melissa Fumero as Melissa, M.O.D.O.K.’s 16-year-old daughter.
Who is M.O.D.O.K.? Why Does He Deserve His Own Day?
If you haven’t heard of M.O.D.O.K. you’re in for a treat, because he’s one’s of the most entertaining Marvel characters of them all!
One recent adventure he was involved in can give you a very good idea of why you should take him seriously, even if he looks pretty goofy! In The Unbelievable Gwenpool (2016) #1, by Christopher Hastings, Guirihiru, Danilo S. Beyruth, Tamra Bonvillian, and Clayton Cowles, Gwen Poole, a teenager from our universe, finds herself inside the world of Marvel!
Armed with the knowledge she gleaned from reading thousands of Marvel comics, she has knowledge of everyone’s secret identities and backstories…
Which is why she considers M.O.D.O.K. to be something of a joke! However, she soon learns that even though M.O.D.O.K. may look silly, he means business! Don’t take our word for it: you can read all 25 issues of The Unbelievable Gwenpool, many of which feature M.O.D.O.K., right now on Marvel Unlimited. Trust us, you won’t regret it!
Will you be streaming Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K. when it arrives on Hulu on May 21st?
