Marvel’s Secret Invasion Casts KINGSLEY BEN-ADIR
In the latest bit of casting news from Marvel’s Secret Invasion, the upcoming Disney+ Marvel Cinematic Universe series, Entertainment Weekly announced that Kingsley Ben-Adir would be joining the show’s cast in a villainous capacity.

Ben-Adir joins the already announced Samuel L. Jackson, who will be returning in the role of Nick Fury (or, at the very least, as a Skrull adopting the form of Nick Fury), as well as Ben Mendelsohn, who will be returning as Talos (a Skrull who was introduced in 2019’s Captain Marvel and then spent the entire runtime of 2019’s Spider-Man: Far From Home disguised as Nick Fury – try to keep up).

The Skrulls have made plenty of appearances in the MCU since they were first introduced in Captain Marvel, not only showing up in the post-credit sequence of Spider-Man: Far From Home but also appearing in the mid-credits sequence for the ninth episode of WandaVision, “The Series Finale.”

In that scene, Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) was approached by an individual who appeared to be human, but was soon revealed to be a Skrull. The newly-revealed Skrull then informed Rambeau that she had business to attend to (in space).

Who Will Kingsley Ben-Adir Play in Secret Invasion?
Just what role Ben-Adir may be playing in Secret Invasion remains to be seen, especially since Marvel Studios has made it clear that, like many of the MCU shows and movies, the series will not simply be an adaptation of an existing Marvel Comics story, but rather, an original story inspired by the stories already told on the page.
