Hamilton Star added to She-Hulk, a Disney+ Series

As we anxiously await production on She-Hulk to begin in the next few months, we’ve gotten a tidbit of great news! Marvel has a Hamilton star added to She-Hulk ‘s playbill… I mean series cast: Renee Elise Goldsberry (aka Angelica Schuyler).

Do you think we’ll get a witty musical number thrown into the series? We’re sure hoping so! Lin-Manuel Miranda, are you out there? Please write a musical number for She-Hulk!

Goldsberry sang her way into our hearts as Angelica from Hamilton. Deadline reported that she will play the part of Amelia in She-Hulk, but who Amelia might be and the role she plays in the series remains a mystery.

She-Hulk Characters

Tatiana Maslany will star as She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters) herself–a lawyer turned hero after a blood transfusion from cousin Bruce Banner/Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) transfuses more than just blood. Tim Roth is also set to reprise his role as The Abomination from The Incredible Hulk movie (2008).

New York City Lawyer Jennifer Walters best friend will be played by Ginger Gonzaga, but who that character will be is still a mystery. She might play Jull Stevens, or possibly Patsy Walker/Hell-Cat who’s a prominent character in some of the She-Hulk comics.

Episode Count

Kevin Feige previously announced that each of the Marvel Disney+ original series will run about 6 hours total, but depending on each episodes length, fans could see some series with more episodes that others. Some of the series could end up being 6 episodes long, WandaVision was 9 episodes. In the case of She-Hulk, Feige says she’ll have 10 half-hour episodes.
