MARVEL MUST HAVES: T’Challa as Star-Lord!

In a post made to the official Marvel website on Friday, August 20th, 2021, Marvel unveiled the newest round of Marvel Must Haves. This feature spotlights some of the awesome merch based on the previous week’s episode of Marvel Cinematic Universe-related content released on Disney+, and this week, that means the sophomore episode of the Marvel Studios series What If…? is being spotlighted: “What If… T’Challa had become a Star-Lord?”

As you might imagine, Marvel Blog True Believers, this multiversal entry provides ample fodder for this Marvel Must Haves drop!

T’Star-Lord

First and foremost, there is plenty of merch featuring T’Challa himself, including Funko Pops, Hot Topic T-Shirts, and some awesome new Rock ‘Em Socks.

There are lots of accessories featuring T’Challa too, like coffee mugs and water bottles, so you can be sure everyone always knows where you stand (pro-T’Challa Star-Lord) no matter which of the Disney theme parks you’re at.

Marvel Blog’s favorite drinkware for this episode is the T’Challa Star-Lord Stainless Steel Travel Tumbler from Thermos, available at Amazon for $36.99.

In the most recent Marvel Must Haves drop, there are also the Marvel Legends action figures of both T’Challa Star-Lord and Heist Nebula, a character who makes a lot more sense now that we’ve seen the episode.

Each of these action figures is available from Amazon for $22.99 and are expected to ship in February 2022.

And we already knew that T’Challa as Star-Lord would be included in the latest line of LEGO minifigure blind bags, available at a store near you beginning next week.

More Merch to Come?

While these offerings are all very cool, we can’t help but hope we see more merch from this episode, Marvel Blog True Believers!

There could be a LEGO set featuring the whole team of T’Challa’s Ravagers, or maybe a Marvel Legends figure of this incarnation of Thanos.
