In a Tweet sent on Monday, December 13th, 2021, the official Marvel Entertainment Twitter account released a video celebrating the seventh anniversary of Marvel Contest of Champions on iOS and Android!

Happy Anniversary Marvel Contest of Champions

The video follows the heroes featured in Marvel Contest of Champions as they celebrate the seventh anniversary of the free-to-play mobile game’s release.

However, while the heroes of Marvel Contest of Champions may be most familiar to you when they’re brawling with one another, they’re planning a change of pace to celebrate the seven-year milestone: a party!

This leads to all sorts of super-heroic shenanigans, as you might imagine. Not only do you get to see multiple Spider-Mans hanging out with one another on the couch, you also get to see the snacks brought to the shindig from every corner of the multiverse (and hey, Peter Parker even brought some of those hot dogs he’s always going on about).

Truly, this video is a veritable who’s who of the characters who appear in Marvel Contest of Champions, and they’ve all put aside their boxing gloves in order to enjoy a fun evening…

At least until the Merc with a Mouth, Wade Wilson himself, Deadpool, arrives to crash the party! Sure, he didn’t exactly get invited, but how can you have a party without Deadpool?!

…or perhaps more to the point, how do you have a party with Deadpool, because no sooner does he arrive than has he caused the supervillain Sauron to grow enraged and break the “no fighting” rule.
