Midnight Suns Releases 30 Min Yule Dog Loop
In a video posted to YouTube on Monday, December 20th, 2021, the official Midnight Suns account released one of those video loops of a fireplace… but instead of a Yule Log, this video features a Yule Dog: Charlie the Hellhound!

The video hints at some of the awesome adventures you can expect from Midnight Suns when the game is released later in 2022, with some of the objects that are gathered around the crackling Yule Dog including Captain America’s shield, a present wrapped in Stark Industries wrapping paper, and the Staff of One (the weapon favored by Nico Minoru, one of the Marvel superheroes who will be featured in the game).

Furthermore, we know that, in addition to combat mode, this game will feature “in-between” missions that take place at the Abbey, the building where the Midnight Suns have their headquarters. It’s at this location at which the fireplace in the Yule Dog video is located, Marvel Blog True Believers! In fact, in the game, Charlie will sometimes lead your character to different locations on the Abbey grounds. What a good boy!

Initially, Midnight Suns was meant to be released in March 2022, however, the game has been delayed until the second half of 2022. While this is a disappointment, considering Midnight Suns is easily my most-anticipated Marvel video game, I do not want the people working on the game to be forced to work unreasonable hours in order to meet a deadline, so I am more that happy to wait a few extra months for what looks to be one of the best Marvel games ever made!
