Marvel’s Netflix Series’ Officially Set to Premiere on Disney+
Despite recent uncertainty surrounding the eventual fate of Marvel’s Netflix series, it appears as though they are officially set to premiere on Disney+.
Some of the most incredible projects developed by Marvel came in collaboration with Netflix to produce several episodic series that chronicled some of Marvel’s most beloved characters.
Beginning with the transcendent Daredevil, the Netflix relationship with MArvel was a fruitful one and crafted what could easily be considered one of the MCU’s most thoughtful and consistent entries.
With the recent deterioration of the relationship and the series’ exit from Netflix, there have been many questions surrounding the new home for the various Netflix projects; questions that can now be definitively answered.
Following the recent news, it appears as though Marvel’s Netflix series is officially set to premiere on Disney+; after previous reports indicated their appearance on the Canadian version of the streaming service, with recent updates pointing to that now being the case for the American region as well.
With the appearance of all Marvel Netflix series making their Disney+ debut, they will reportedly be joined by Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D; the other MCU series that was a fixture on ABC.

A recent tweet by the Disney+ official Twitter account stated, “The countdown is on. MArvel’s Daredevil, , Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. start streaming March 16 on #DisneyPlus”
The news came with a collective sigh of relief from MCU fans, as the various Netflix series are still adored as some of the best projects from the Studios.
The return of the series to a Disney-owned streaming service continues the rumors surrounding the eventual return of many of these beloved characters.
Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdoch and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk have both made their recent emergence in the mainstream MCU during the studios lauded Phase Four, and it appears as though Marvel is fully prepared to introduce many of that original Netflix crop of characters.
