The man behind the magic that is the Marvel Universe is finding his place back home again, as Stan Lee is returning to Marvel Studios in an unprecedented 20-year licensing deal
In the world of comic books, there are few who are as important and influential as the entity that birthed the entire world we now know as the Marvel Universe.

Stan Lee is more than just a genius storyteller whose characters and contributions to comic books have influenced more generations than any modern American writer; he is an icon that has become. a timeless reminder of this brilliant world of superheroes that he cultivated into the empire it has become.
The brilliant mind that was a key part in the creation of characters like the Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, and many many more, Marvel would not be what it is today without the influence and creative genius of Stan Lee; the entire comic book industry wouldn’t.

In the world of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Lee had held a very important place in every fan’s heart; he was known for his cameos in every single MCU film up until his sad passing in 2018.
It seems as though Marvel has found a way to keep those iconic cameos alive, as The Hollywood Reporter has divulged that Stan Lee is returning to Marvel Studios in an unprecedented 20-year licensing deal.

The Hollywood Reporter notes,
Marvel has signed a 20-year deal with Stan Lee Universe, a venture between Genius Brand International and POW! Entertainment, to license the name and likeness of Lee for use in future feature films and television productions, as well as Disney Theme Parks, various ‘experiences’ and merchandising

The report also collects quotes from Genius Brands CEO Andy Heyward, who states, “It really ensures that Stan, though digital technology and archival footage and other forms, will live in the most important venue, the Marvel Movies, and Disney Theme Parks, Its a broad Deal.”
It will be interesting to see how, and when, Marvel and the MCU go about bringing Lee back, but the most important thing to gather from the report is that Stan Lee is finally returning home.
