Marvel Honors Mike Pasciullo with Part of Amazing Fantasy #1000
There is no denying how important the character of Spider-Man has been to generations upon generation of readers who were touched by his stories, and in a moment that truly expresses the beauty of that relationship, Marvel honors Mike Pasciullo with part of Amazing Fantasy #1000.
We are currently in the midst of the 60th anniversary of the greatest creation in the history of comic books, Spider-Man, as it has officially been six decades of the iconic hero touching the lives of the countless people who connected with his stories.

To us, there is no denying that Spider-Man is the best example of the incredible potential in the comic book medium, and has been held by fans of the hero as one of the greatest characters to ever be conceived in modern fiction storytelling, with his longevity being yet another piece of proof to that.
With this 60th anniversary, Marvel has pulled out all the stops and brought to life several different stories that all illustrate the incredible hero that Peter Parker- and every hero to embody that moniker- has been throughout the pages of Marvel comics.

But chief among these stories that have celebrated the undeniable and unmatched legacy of the hero, one stands out as bringing applause to yet another person who was so vital to Marvel comics, as Marvel honors Mike Pasciullo with a part in the upcoming Amazing Fantasy #1000.
The Amazing Fantasy series is what started it all for the hero, and this seminal issue will bring to life one massive celebration of Spider-Man as a hero, and Mike’s lasting legacy with the people who worked at Marvel will now be a part of it also.

According to Marvel.com, “Pasciullo pitched a Spider-MAn miniseries. Although the project never quite made it off the ground, he went ahead and wrote all five issues regardless. Now, to commemorate him, Todd Nauck, Rachelle Rosenberg, and Joe Sabino have come together to complete a scene from Mike’s project in his honor.”
The story titled, Along Came A Rhino…, will feature a new superhero named Rhino who interacts with Spider-Man to learn the importance of what it means to be a hero; Mike Pasciullo worked as a Marvel executive for 25 years and will be dearly missed by the Marvel Universe he so adored.
