Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Still on Track for 2023 Release According to Developers
It is among the best-received video games ever made, and it has spawned one sequel already, but with the other currently influx, fans can rest assured as Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is still on track for a 2023 release according to the video game developers.
There is little argument to be made against the fact that Marvel is currently in the midst of its most impressive and successful era of video games; crafting some of the biggest and most successful titles the industry has seen.
Although games like. Marvel’s Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, and the impending Marvel’s Midnight Suns have all spoken to that perception, there is one that can often be seen as the jumping-off point for their immense success, and that was Marvel’s Spider-Man.
The game is still widely perceived as one of the best open-world video games of all time and perfectly puts the user into the shoes of the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man as they protect the streets of New York from his growing rogue’s gallery.
The game spawned one sequel already- Spider-Man: Miles Morales- and with an official third game on the way, fans have been worried by a lack of footage; that may now be quelled a bit as Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is reportedly still on track for a 2023 release according to the developer.
It was noted in a Twitter response to a fan who voices their concern, when Insomniac asked the fan not to worry, noting, “We’re making good progress and it’s still slate for 2023. Showing games takes time, effort, resources, and coordination.”
Don't. We're making good progress and it's still slated for 2023. Showing games takes time, effort, resources, and coordination.

We can only hope that we will have some footage sooner rather than later, but we can all take solace in knowing that this is just an unfortunate part of the process.
