‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 2 Gets Surprising Release Date

While it has only been days since Season 1 of Daredevil: Born Again came to an end, Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio are already hard at work on Season 2 of the series.

In a new video posted to the Daredevil X account, both actors thanked fans for their support and for helping make Born Again’s first season a success.

Cox begins the clip by providing a recap of Daredevil: Born Again Season 1, highlighting Foggy’s murder, White Tiger’s trial, Muse’s reign of terror, the return of Bullseye, and, of course, Wilson Fisk’s rise to power.

D’Onofrio then promised that there was more to come in Season 2.

“That’s just the beginning,” he teased. “We have a lot more coming in the second season from Hell’s Kitchen.”

The clip then ended, with the revelation that the actors were standing in Fogwell’s Gym.

Season 2 Will Allow Dario Scardapane to Tell His Story

While Daredevil: Born Again Season 1 was largely praised by critics and fans alike, the series underwent a creative overhaul midway through production. The haphazard handling of the first season led to some plot holes and unusual story choices.

With Season 2, showrunner Dario Scardapane will have creative control from beginning to end.

When Will Daredevil: Born Again Return?

Speaking of the show’s second season, Scardapane recently took to Instagram and revealed that Daredevil will return in March 2026, sooner than many expected.

“It’s all led up to this. Such a mix of emotions as we close out [Season 1],” he wrote. “So grateful for the cast, crew and studio for their confidence and indulgence. Biggest of thanks to Sana, Brad, Kevin, Lou, Aaron, Justin, Charlie, Vincent, Deb, Jon and the whole mad circus. And yeah, Season 2… March 2026.”
