LEGO Announces New Iron Man Set

There is a new line of buildable LEGO portraits available for adults! LEGO Art Marvel Studios Iron Man is one of the first to be released. Designed for adult LEGO fans, the sets will feature small, bead-size pieces to be arranged on an included canvas.

About LEGO Art Iron Man

The new Iron Man 3-in-1 set offers Marvel fans several building options. Builders can choose to design their hero with the MARK III, the HULKBUSTER MARK I or the MARK LXXXV armor.

Alternatively, fans may combine all three of the sets into one to create the ultimate piece of Iron Man art. Another special feature is a uniquely created soundtrack to listen to while building. It includes details about the set, as well as stories and an interview with Roy Thomas, former Marvel Editor in Chief.

A Whole Series of New Sets

Upon completion, the canvas may either lean against a surface or hang on the wall. The complete LEGO Art series will debut with the following:

• LEGO® Art’s Marvel Studios Iron Man
• LEGO® Star Wars™ The Sith™ (choose to build Darth Vader, Darth Maul or Kylo Ren)
• LEGO® Andy Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe
• LEGO® The Beatles

This will be the second 2D tile offering from the LEGO Group. Earlier this year, the company launched LEGO® DOTS, which offers children the opportunity for self-expression through arts and crafts using 2D tiles.

LEGO Art sets cost $120 each. The Iron Man set will release internationally on August 1 and on September 1 in the United States.
