REVIEW: Bring Your Daughter to Work Day in Spider-Bot #3
If you were a fan of Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K. on Hulu, Marvel Blog True Believers, you absolutely must check out Spider-Bot #3 by Jordan Blum, Alberto Alburquerque, Dono Sancez-Almara, and Clayton Cowles.
If you were a fan of the stop-animated series from Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, I urge you to read this Infinity Comic on Marvel Unlimited now, before you have any of it revealed by this review. Go on, we’ll wait right here!

From the very first panel of this issue, I was screaming out loud about the characters and jokes involved! The most devoted of Marvel Blog True Believers will recall that Blum was a writer for Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K. on Hulu.
And he also co-wrote a comic called M.O.D.O.K.: Head Games, which explains just what the nature of the relationship between the M.O.D.O.K. on Hulu and the M.O.D.O.K. of Marvel Comics might be.

Plus, the show and the comic both featured Melissa Modok, who also appears to play a key role in this Infinity Comic.

On top of seeing two of my favorite characters again – this incarnation of M.O.D.O.K. and his daughter, Melissa – I also appreciated that a joke from the series was included! In fact, it was one of my favorite jokes from the series (which I will now reveal – I did warn about spoilers: “Black Hole Gun”).
It has been great fun to see Spider-Bot meet Marvelous characters like The Thing and the Green Goblin’s glider (I’m counting them as a character after the last episode of Spider-Bot), but getting to see M.O.D.O.K. and Melissa again was an unparalleled treat. Well done, Spider-Bot!
