Paul Rudd Talks What Fans Can Expect from ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’
It may well be the most anticipated MCU film of the next two years, as star Paul Rudd talks about what fans can expect from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
There are few days that are as exciting to Marvel fans as the D23 Marvel panel, where Kevin Feige takes the stage at the massive Disney convention and unveils so much of what is on the ledger for the MCU in the next several years.
This year was no different as far as massive announcements go, with Marvel Studios delving into a lot of the projects that will be crucial to the conclusion of Phase Four.
Yet, there is one project that is set to kick off Phase Five with an absolute bang, as the convention saw an opportunity for that film to be explored by the people who are a part of it.
And this opportunity was where Paul Rudd spoke about what fans can expect from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, and why their relentless excitement is justified.
Speaking to attendees, Rudd stated, “The first movies are so near and dear to my heart, and I was so excited to get ready to start this thing. This thing is bananas.”
Rudd continued, “And while it seems like a bit of an oxymoron if something so small can do something so huge, this is going to be unlike anything you’ve seen from [Marvel]. And not to mention [Jonathan] he’s incredible.”
Rudd concluded by stating the presence of Jonathan Majors as the returning Kang the Conqueror, “Thros this whole thing into such new territory.”

There is no understating just how important this film can be to the MCU, as they seek to truly enter into the midst of the Multiverse Saga with this long-awaited project.
Kang’s presence and the story of Scott Lang will be the biggest draws of the film, but perhaps the most interesting development will be how it transitions the MCU into the incoming Phase Five.
