At the time, there was speculation that Brand New Day was actually launching a second trilogy.
Recently, however, franchise producer Amy Pascal threw some cold water on fans’ expectations.

“I never want to be so presumptuous as to say anything is going to be a trilogy or more than one. That would be my dream, of course, but you never know,” she continued.
“The truth is that the rule that we set for ourselves is to take it one movie at a time. It’s important to us that you don’t have to see one movie to see the other movie.”

Now, Holland himself has weighed in on his MCU future.

Based on the early box office projections, Holland’s Spider-Man is clearly Marvel’s biggest star.
It is hard to imagine the studio not wanting to continue Peter Parker’s story, even if future films take place in a post-Secret Wars MCU.

With Holland open to returning and plenty of money on the table, it sounds like fans can expect more Spider-Man films in the future.
